Underweight
This is considered underweight. We would strongly advise you to consult your doctor or physician regarding your weight, especially if you have had any recent rapid or increases in weight loss.
BMI (Body Mass Index) = <18.5
You should not be attempting to lose any further weight as this could be very dangerous to your health.
However, if you have consulted your doctor or physician and want to use the Chiselled Abs training program, we would recommend our muscle and strength building program that can assist you in gaining healthy weight and lean mass in the form of muscle.
