Workout frequency
We admire your dedication and drive as this is what you need for a Chiselled Abs program. However, 6-7 x per week will result in overtraining as the sessions although short in duration are demanding. You need recovery days each week as this is when your muscles will actually grow. This is when less is actually more.
We recommend 3-4 x per week for your sessions.
